When you register for an account or use the Platform, we collect information you submit, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information. We also collect any content you upload or enter into the Platform, such as homeowner addresses, campaign names, and estimate data.
When you access the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect this information and to maintain your session state.
The Platform uses your device's location (with your permission) to center the map view and assist with property identification. We do not persistently store your precise GPS coordinates beyond what is necessary to render the map interface.
When you use the Platform to identify properties and queue postcards, you input or the Platform retrieves homeowner mailing addresses from third-party data sources. This address data is processed solely to fulfill your direct mail requests and is not used for any other purpose.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or share it with advertising networks.

We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform, including payment processors (Stripe), mail fulfillment partners (Lob, Inc.), cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel), and CRM platforms (GoHighLevel). These providers are contractually required to use your information only as directed by BidDrop and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BidDrop, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transfer involving Mongoose Films LLC, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Homeowner address data associated with completed postcard orders is retained for the period necessary to provide campaign analytics and then archived or deleted in accordance with our internal data retention schedule.

BidDrop implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and disclaim liability for unauthorized access that occurs despite our reasonable precautions.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
If you opt in to marketing communications at the time of registration or at any later point, we may send you emails about new features, promotions, and company news.
